The 2nd Jake’s Reindeer Race, held on December 4, 2006, was another wonderful and overwhelming success. Despite a very cold day, over 1,200 people came out to participate, raising over $62,000 for childhood cancer research!! All proceeds were given to the Sarcoma Foundation of America to fund important research aimed at finding better treatments and potential cures for those facing sarcoma. (Learn more about sarcoma in our Facts Section or visit www.curesarcoma.org.)
Pictures from the race are available at www.triduo.com.
